This revolutionary REVVO MASTER DESIGN provides an exceptional swivel caster which is practically maintenance-free. The heavy duty forged steel tope plate is jointed to a robust cylindrically headed fork by a full ball race running in polished and hardened tracks. The raceways serve as both a thrust and radial bearings to spread the load evenly, thereby eliminating the need of a king pin (which normally stretches under stress), reducing stress factors and extending the service life of the caster equipment. The swivel is completely sealed to prevent purging of the grease and to isolate the ball bearings from contaminants. This design gives the optimum strength to weight ratio.
