INVOICES
Invoices covering the purchase of Roll Rite products are normally mailed the
day after product shipment.
TERMS
All Roll Rite products are sold "net 30 days"/ To credit-approved accounts, invoices
covering prepaid freight are due and payable seven days after receipt.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments are made F.O.B. Hayward, CA 94545
PREPAID FREIGHT
On request, Roll Rite Corporation will prepay the freight on a shipment; service
charge is 10% of the total freight bill.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Before returning any merchandise, contact Roll Rite for authorization. Unauthorized
returns after 90 days will be refused. All material returned for credit must
be returned freight prepaid. there will be a 30% restocking charge on all
accepted stock-merchandise returns, and a 100% charge on all custome-fabricated
materials.
SPECIALS
Prices for specially designed and manufactured products will be quoted upon request.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Roll Rite Corporation warrants its wheels, casters, dollies, cargo cars and
trailers, fora period of 90 days, to be free of material or warkmanship defects.
Before any defective material is returned, Roll rite Corporation must be
notified in writing as to the defect, and a request made for return shipping
instructions. Upon return of a defective article, freight prepaid, within
said period, if our examination shows the product has failed under the terms
of this agreement, Roll Rite Corporation will either repair it or make a
reasonable allowance on the purchase of a new product.
This warranty is not applicable when the above Roll Rite products are operated
under loads or speeds in excess of those recommended, nor when wheels are operated
in heavy contact with oils or alkalies.
