Checking Order Status
If you have placed an order with Roll-Rite.net you can check the
status of your order by signing into your account and clicking on Orders History on the right side navigation. If you are not currently signed-in, you may sign in using the form at the right.
Tracking Packages
If your order has shipped, you can track your shipment by clicking
directly on the "Track" button next to your order details on your Order
History page. Sign in using the form at the right to access this
information.
Please note, some of our shipping methods may not be trackable. If
your order is one of these, it will be indicated next to your order
details.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Expedited (Next Day and 2-Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship within 2 business days.
- All other orders will ship according to the availability stated on the product page (typically 2-3 business days).
